Vendor Spaces All vendors will be required to wear a wrist band for the entry to the Swap Meet for the duration of the event. They will be give to vendors and there staff upon set up. 2 wrist bands per vendor, additional wrist bands can be purchased at $10.00 each. Please ask Troy Rentz. You will be notified when vendor setup starts. It is usually all day the day before. All items must be removed from the premises no later than 6:00 PM the last day of the meet. Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean spot and must not display items where they will impede foot traffic or pose a risk to pedestrians. No food or drink are to be sold by vendors. Camping by vendors is allowed but please no campfires on the ground. Hot showers might be available on site at a nominal fee. Ground shipments can be address to 3090 E. New York Ave. Deland FL 32724 ATTN: Swap Meet. Vendors will be given a pass indicating their status which can be presented at the gate for quick entry. Electricity Electricity will be available on site for $5.00 PER DAY, however it is not guaranteed. Misuse of electrical outlets can result in power outages leaving many vendors without power. Altering or rewiring power outlets is not allowed. If you must have a lot of electricity, please bring a generator.
Miscellaneous TATTOO ARTISTS MUST BE PRIOR APPROVED BY TROY RENTZ BEFORE REGISTRATION NO PETS WITHOUT PRIOR PERMISSION!! Strickly enforced. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis. Can Troy if you want to discuss it. We would like for everyone to bring Fido and have fun but we can not allow it. There are too many rules and liabilities to have pets participating without permission. If you must bring your pet to Daytona call ahead and reserve space in a boarding facility or leave them at your motel or campsite. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. Vendors who notify Fastlane Promotions of their emergency absence will be permitted to maintain spot position and all money paid will go towards next years spaces. No exceptions.
